*PLAN 1 - indicating "parts" does not include motors, gyros and drives. For drive coverage, add Two-Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($225.00) per instrument.

Rotors and accessories are not covered by the Service Contract. Brush changes required between PM calls are considered the customer's responsibility.

ZONE PRICING

Zone One: 0 - 100 miles
Zone Two : Greater than 100 miles. Zone Two opricing add 25% to minimum invoicing of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

ELIGIBILITY

All instruments to be considered for Plan 1 PM contract are subject to free service evaluation.
All necessary repairs to be charged at standard rates.
